With over 20 years of management experience—more than 7 of which in the Power & Gas industry—he brings a strong track record in scaling operations and delivering results. As General Manager of a licensed energy supplier, he led the company through a fourfold growth in its first year. His experience includes managing annual budgets exceeding €25 million and over 5 years in international commodities trading, covering markets from Northern Europe to the Middle East. He also brings a solid background in banking, with 12 years in the sector, including 10 in executive roles. His leadership is defined by a clear, results-oriented approach centered on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration. A strong advocate for innovation and empowerment, he actively supports internal initiatives across all teams. His vision is to align software solutions with real market demands, organizational capabilities, and long-term business goals—driving sustainable value creation at every level.

Otilia, CFO and COO of the company, brings over 20 years of B2B management experience in IT&C and publishing. With strong expertise in key account management, customer care, and business operations, she ensures both client satisfaction and internal performance. Her dual role blends financial strategy with operational leadership, making her a key driver of efficiency, resource optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Otilia plays an essential role in shaping the company’s organizational culture—promoting transparency, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. Her leadership fosters a resilient, engaged team environment that supports long-term, sustainable growth.
Lucia DÂRZAN
Lucia DÂRZANChief Strategy Officer
Lucia Dârzan, Chief Strategy Officer, brings over 15 years of experience in B2B sales management and business development. She has been instrumental in building the company’s client portfolio from the ground up, driving growth through strategic sales initiatives, bidding, offer negotiation, and long-term contract management. Beyond her commercial expertise, Lucia plays a key role in marketing and brand positioning, ensuring the company’s visibility in both local and international markets. She is an active presence at global industry events, where her natural networking skills help strengthen partnerships and open new business opportunities. Her strategic mindset and customer-centric approach make her a core pillar in the company’s growth and market expansion.
